Over the years, we have done many different events.  We are experienced in everything from weddings to golf outings.   When we do any catering event, your requests and satisfaction is our priority.  Although ethnic food is our specialty, We will work with you to make any custom menus or dishes to make your event a success!

Helpful Hints and Catering Policies

When do I need to order for my event?
We ask to be given at least a 24 hour notice for most catering events. For large parties, please finalize your menu one week before the date of the event. We understand life is hectic, if you need something on short notice we will make every effort to help you.

Have a theme? Need something specific?
If you are planning a theme party or have a special request, please call ahead. We will work to create custom, delicious appetizers and entrees just for your event.

How will my catering order be packaged?
All dishes will be in disposable pans, bowls or trays and ready for immediate service. We will be happy to prepare your order in your pans or platters. Just drop off your serving dishes at our kitchen two days before your party.

Can you provide someone to monitor my buffet?
It is difficult to be a good host for your guests while worrying about the food. From buffet attendants to servers to clean-up crews, we can provide the help you need to make your party a success.

Additional Fees and Policies (the fine print)

We believe in up front pricing.  Our food prices are clearly listed on the website and are current.  This is exactly what you will be quoted on when you call us.  The only additional fees will be delivery, gratuity (only if we stay to help during the party), and sales tax. 

Delivery: Within the Pittsburgh area, there is a $15 fee for delivery only or a $35 for delivery and setup.  Any deliveries outside Pittsburgh will be assessed a delivery fee based on distance.

Sales Tax and Gratuity: All prices do not include 6% PA sales tax. 18% gratuity will be added to all catering events requiring an onsite staff.

Extra Services: We can provide disposable plates, napkins, and utensils for your guests as well as chafing stands and sterno candles for an additional fee. If you need to have warming trays, plates, utensils, linens, or rental equipment, these are all additional services that vary from event to event.  Please call us if you need any of these specialty services.

Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total bill will be due upon ordering and the remaining balance will be due at the time of pickup or delivery. All deposits are non-refundable within seven days of a scheduled event. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.  There is a $35.00 returned check fee.
