Authentic, homemade pierogi shipped from Pittsburgh to your door!
The Christmas order cut off date is December 14, 2016. Orders placed after this date are not guaranteed to arrive for the holiday.
Most food orders will be packaged in an insulated shipping container with reusable gel packs or dry ice to ensure top quality and freshness. We cannot guarantee the food to be frozen upon arrival. Prevailing weather conditions, the water content of the products and its proximity to the refrigerant used, can all effect the products inside the box. We guarantee all the food to arrive safely and refrigerated.
Our regular shipping days (excluding holiday exceptions) are Monday to Wednesday, for arrival Tuesday – Friday. Most orders will be shipped the week after you place an order and some may take up to ten business days to arrive at its destination. Once shipped, your package will arrive in 1 to 3 business days to all locations in the United States. At this time we do not ship to Puerto Rico or any APO addresses. All packages will be sent via UPS. Overnight, 2 day, and 3 day shipping does not mean that you will get your package in this time – it only refers to the time it takes for the package to get from our door to yours. If you would like to request a specific service, such as Saturday delivery, please call us with your order.
Orders delivered to any states outside the ground shipping times of 3 days MUST be delivered by 3 day service or better to ensure freshness upon arrival.
NO RETURNS will be accepted for any orders of perishable goods. We cannot refund your money if you do not like the taste of our products, however, if your package has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Zum Zum LLC also cannot be responsible or issue refunds for spoiled products due to shipping delays caused by being provided incorrect shipping address, inclimate weather, floods, hurricanes, snow storms, or other acts of God. We will not issue refunds for stolen packages.
If you package has dry ice in it, please DO NOT TOUCH THE DRY ICE. The dry ice should be evaporated upon arrival. If your package still has dry ice in it, be sure to leave it in the box and put the box outside until the dry ice evaporates. Dry ice can cause carbon monoxide poisoning in poorly ventilated rooms. Depending on the product’s water content and proximity to the refrigerants, it is possible that some items will be thawed upon arrival.
Finally, we ask all customers to please be on the lookout for products on porches, shrubs or driveways after placing an order and be ready to receive these wonderful delicacies! If you are sending our products as a gift, we advise you to inform your recipient to be looking for a package. Zum Zum LLC cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or spoiled food. Sometimes, people are unaware of deliveries and our food doesn’t want to be left out in the sun!
